Asked by Feb 22, 2016 at 01:21 PM about the 1999 Hyundai Elantra

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

OK so I had no problems with the car except I
didn't have power steering so I changed out the
pump and now it keeps overheating please help I
don't know what is wrong with it

1 Answer

Check the routing of the serpentine belt. It sounds like it may be loose or routed so that the water pump pulley is not turning properly.
