my check engine light came on last night.  I added oil.  This am back on again.  Will I hurt the car more by driving it till it can get fixed in 2 days?

If light is not flashing, no harm driving for few days until can get checked out. Light can be triggered by hundreds of issues, won't know how expensive until car is scanned. 200.00 to 300.00 average range for professional repair.
