I am buying a sonata but was wondering if there is actually a GL model and a GLS model and what the differences are?

Dmitriy20 - Agreed, i would rather buy a honda civic - but based on extensive research and a fixed budget I think i am making a good decision. The 2004 sonatas are well rated. I am purchasing a 2004 sonata with 70,000 miles for 6,400 - including all the required vehicle maintenance as specified in the owners manual as the person provided me with the vehicle maintenance history. I think this is an excellent purchase and I will turn around and sell if in 3 years and get my money back.

littlehorn- thanks - i looked up the vin at the hyundai web site. I didn't realize that the base model is called the GL and the next model is called GLS. I thought maybe when people referred to a GL they meant GLS - that is kind of misleading.
