2010 Ford Escape- Heat is not working

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The heat cuts in and out when I hit the dashboard.
I’m assuming is electrical but do not know how
difficult it would be to fix.

Sounds like a stuck actuator door ‍♂️

Is that something I could replace or should I call a mechanic?
