Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I am having problems starting my 2010 Mercury Mariner Hybrid lately, which
usually start the first time but is not taking around 5 or more times. What could

I had the same issue with my 2008 Mariner. It could either be the ignition switch (I replaced this first) or the ignition lock housing module (replaced this about a year later). If you google "Ford ignition lock cylinder problems" a link to an article of the same name should come up. Good luck!
