I REPLACED MY BATTERY IN A 2004 HYUNDAI ELANTRA. NOW MY INSIDE LIGHTS,RADIO,CLOCK ,AND ALARM DOESN'T WORK. WE DISCONNECTED THE BATTERY ANND HOOKED IT UP AGAIN,STILL NOTHING

Are you sure the battery is connected correctly, positive to positive negative to negative, that sounds like a main fuse has been blown due to reverse polarity. If that did happen cross your fingers it didn't blow something more vital like an alternator.
