had my 2010 chevy cobalt ignition recall performed and now vehicle will not start. It first went into reduced power mode, and now just clicks at junction box. new starter and battery did not fix it.

Take it back to the Chevy Dealer. Sounds like they messed up the security system when they did the recall. HTH. -Jim
