Every time I start the car it
squeaks sounding like a belt? I
did have the serpentine belt
replaced 1 yr ago and someone
told me belt might be wrong? It's
a loud squeaking that lasts a few
minutes

It might be a pulley - there is an idler and tensioner that may make noise when they go bad. Try loosening the belt (requires a socket on the tensioner, google for specifics), then spinning each pulley by hand. Idler, tensioner, PS pump, alternator, and AC. If one feels rough then it likely has bad bearings.
Every time I crank the car up my belt speaks
Try starting it slowly. Turn key to auxiliary. Wait a couple seconds then turn it on. If no squeak it’s a computer issue. If it keeps squeaking look at tension on belt. Either too tight or too loose. The slow starting usually works. Yaris and Corolla are notorious for this.
