I have been looking all over for a Mazda 3 2010 automatic 2.0 oil pan gasket

Someone said that they don't make a gasket and it
just uses silicone glue ...is this true ty

That's true, most of today's vehicles only use silicone as a gasket or have a silicone bead style gasket that fits into a grove in the mating surfaces. If you are going to repalce the sealant the I suggest you use"The Right Stuff" and yes that is its name, it is more expensive that other sealers, but every rig I have ever used it on has never came with a leak. HTH
