You could get a chin spoiler that comes in textured black so you wont have to paint it. A set of wheels and tires are the best way to change the look of your whole car. Don't waste your money on throttle body spacers. They are a gimmick. Cold air intake is a good idea, but make sure you get one that actually pulls in cold air from the outside of the car, because a lot of them just pull in hot air from the engine compartment and really don't have any performance advantages on the in the non-dyno-hood-up real world. A tune is also a very good performance for your dollar upgrade. Underdrive pulleys work well on most cars, but check on some mustang forums (allfordmustangs.com, stangnet.com, moddedmustang.com, ect) to see what people are saying about them on your model of mustang.

exhaust will improve the look and sound and performance you can use gt cat back if you replace the y pipe with an x pipe dual tips for look, the right cat-back will sound good and get rid of some back pressure to improve performance

i like the idea, but also on the exhaust, i have an idea ive wanted to do for a while, i'm thinking either dual pipes that come out of the side, or dual pipes that come back together and come oout of the middle in the back. feedback?

i would say definatly out the back. Unless you are really modding your mustang ALOT then side would be bad ass.

The best thing you can do to improve looks and handling is suspension. It'll give it a meaner, more aggressive stance while improving overall handling. After that, I'd go with intake and exhaust...then from there, it just depends on how deep your pockets are! ;)

u sould also go with some sideskirts and bumpers and a spoiler if u want that tuner look. u can get some prety sweet kits on ebay and they cheap to.
