I have a 2000 civic 2 dr hatch which is getting wet in the driver side and the boot.
I can't find where it is getting in and have taped over every entry point I can think
The water in the boot collects in the spare wheel well. Inside the car the divers side
carpets are wet but only on the base i.e. the water seems to under the carpet and
not running down anywhere.
heater core needs replaced
replace as soon or it will start to rust the floor out
go you your local main library and they have Chilton or Haynes with how to or go to local shop and have replaced will start fogging teh windows on cold days
just to let you know, if it is the heater core, it is approx. 6 hour labour job to replace. just looked up the labour time on mine the other day
before you have the heater core replaced, have your mechanic clean out the drain tube the water drips out of,is possable it is stoped up.
umm the rear window seals go in hondas it happens alot in the eg's pull out the interior and look above the wheeel wells you may find water there or another thing is there is a drain hose that is for run off from the roof that runs right back in the trunk and out the bottom of the car just fyi
