I need to replace the outside mirror on a 2009 Mercury Mariner Premier.

Yes I did not see the answer to my question pertaining to how to replace the outside mirror on my Mercury Mariner 2009. I saw where it said view answer but when I click on to view there was nothing there for me to view. The only thing I see was are you doing it tomorrow or what?

Ok, start by removing the trim piece directly behind the mirror. Then you will see what is holding it on. If it is a power mirror I'm not sure if the door panel will have to come off in order to unplug the wires for the mirror, but you would see once the trim piece is off were the wires run.
