Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I am trying to replace the brake pads on the back end of a 2009 Impala and I
can't get the wheel off the shaft. I have 3 Impala"s but never had a problem
like this. Please help!!!

Thank you very much but he tried that. Yes they are rusted on and he used penetrating oil and he followed proper instructions on loosening the lug nuts on the wheel, and then jacking up the car and then lowering the car all the way down to the ground. Then jacking it up again. Hammering it off in every different combination. I think it needs a torch and he doesnt have that, so its going to the shop. Thanks again!! I appreciate you getting back to me.
