The code P0443 refers to the EVAP Purge Valve Circuit malfunctioning. It's a short in the wiring to or from the purge valve solenoid, or a defect in the solenoid itself. Code P0303 is a misfire in cylinder 3. This isn't part of the EVAP system and refers to a problem with fuel or spark, or a mechanical problem causing this misfire.
