The cheapest way to go is cold air intake and new mufflers, want to spend money? Turbo set up is the way to go. As I tell every younger gent is the upgrade worth more then the car is. Ive bult many cars over the years and lost so much money doing so. I would save my pennies and purchase a newer car, here is a good article on upgrading......http://www.procivic.com/pages- honda_civic_tuning/index.html
