Volkswagon Beetle Power Steering leak?

I have a 1979 VW Super Beetle.  I've noticed some leaking under the steering
onto the floorboard.  It is clearish pink.  Is this power steering fluid?  Seems to
be coming from a small plastic hose under steering wheel on the left towards
the driver door.
