Coolant is mixing with the engine oil, you either need to get it repaired, which is going to be expensive or get rid of it , but do it quickly or further engine damage will result.

Oil that is white on the dipstick is not good. Possible causes include head gasket, cracked cylinder head, warped cylinder head, cracked block. On some engines a bad intake manifold gasket can get water in the oil. Needs to be repaired ASAP.
