Okay I have 98 ford ranger, I bought this truck a few months back. I just replaced the battery and it worked a few times. (It's notregistered yet so i haven't really drove it.) and now it won't start at all. No crank, noises, lights or nothing. Please help.

Charge the battery, clean the battery terminals and cable ends. Hopefully you just have a dead battery or bad battery connection.
