NV4500 if it is manual 4L80-E if it is auto

If you look on the tag in the glovebox you will find a bunch of 3 letter codes- MT1 heavy duty 4sp. auto i believe is the transmission in that truck- the codes are in alphabetical order.

if its 6 lug its a 4L60E if its 8 lug its likely a 4L80E if its an auto, as for manual, I couldnt answer that.
