why is my 2000 GMC Yukon killing batteries

I have had 3 parasitic drain tests done on my 2000 GMC Yukon; there is no drain found; car cranked every day for a week and a half after replacing battery bolts they said were bad - drove car for 3 days and next day it won't crank - will not make any noise - any ideas

Possibly the delayed exit system relay is sticking intermittently, that can be tough one to find until you catch it doing it.
