resetting service engine soon light... how is it done?

I know there is some trick with the igniton on off on off just what it is I don"t know where to go for sequence

if you dont have access to an OBDII scan tool, the best way to reset the CEL is to just disconnect the battery for a few minutes then reconnect it. The on-off-on-off-on trick is just to get the CEL codes from the odometer, it doesnt reset the CEL
