I am looking at a 2003 GMC Envoy with 237,000 miles on it. Should I consider this or just pass it by?

Depends on the condition and how long you plan on keeping it. At 237K, it's close to the end and you will putting money into to keep it running. Do you want to dump $$ into a vehicle that you won't get out? I'd only purchase it if you got it for close to nothing and you need a SUV for a year or 2.
