1999 4.0 V6 EFI

I have a 1963 falcon ranchero with a 1999 ford 4.0 V6 EFI .
I inherited this ranchero from my Dad. he did have the car running, but
when the in-tank fuel pump was shortened to fit the stock tank, the fuel
lines used were apparently not the proper type. upon pulling it out, I found
they used fuel line not suited for fuel injection, rather they used standard
fuel lines that couldnt handle pressure.
I replaced tank, shortened new fuel pump and new fuel filter, as well as
cleaned lines. I get fuel at rail, no spark. I replaced crank sensor. Can u
