Car has had new iridium spark plugs put in and now backfires regularly not just on take off
can you help

Could be timing issue or carboned up valves. I would try running a quality injector cleaner cleaner in your gas. (I use sea foam). This will clean any carbon build up off your valves allowing them to close properly.
