My celebrity is having a dead spot in the
throttle when it is cold it runs right.  it
loses power on hills. what is causing this

First I would try running some fuel injector cleaner threw a few times, make sure the TBI is clean, check all the bolts, and for the intake manifold, look for bad vacuum lines.
