my 2000 mazda premacy chassis number CP8W130184 engine FP641967 need an engine control unit which I found in ebay!when I buy it will it require to be programmed to my car or I will just insert it and will work out right?

If you are talking about ECM Control, the main computer board, Then the answer is yes that you will need to take it to a dealer and have it programmed.
