im changing a door on a 92 dakota ,do i have to take fender off to access bolts

If you know someone at a good bodyshop, there is an online system that will show you the answer. You got me stumped, but if it is like the 1989 Dakota it will not be an easy door swap w/o help, skill and the right tools.
