misfires at 1800 rpm

overdrive is not working have no engine breaking till i disingage od scan showed tps
changed it twice as well as ohming it showed good change engine sensors, spark plugs
and wires, distributer cap and rotor no change checked engine vaccum 18in

did you unhook the battery for 30 minutes so the computer can reset? lol. if not thats the problem lol
