I have a NISSAN U14 blue bird the car has a SR20 engine and a CVT transmissan. On mornings when I start an put the car on drive the drive gear doesn't work but when I put in the revice gear it works.

The CVT tranny is still a work in progress- "continuously variable transmission'- it is kinda like an experiment, and I would not buy one- they don't seem to last as long as a regular automatic transmission or a manual tranny
