mMy ford Explorer 2000 4x4 is making a clunking noise when I drive it . I cant figure out where or what is causing it. I have had it checked, the drive shaft and differential. what is it?
where is the noise comeing from ?the drive shaft runes from the back of the transmission to the rearend which is called the differential.you could have a bad universal joint, their is one on both ends of the driveshaft,do you have a vibration when driving.
