Could anyone tell me where the fuel pump relay is on a 1994 Dodge Stealth

under hood on firewall on driver side will see a row of relays,if not getting fuel could be bad fuel pump,relays hardley go bad.

    i looked at the top of the gas tank was not there. i do know where the relay is near the kick panel and the fuse panel under hood. I changed the fuel pump the fuses are all good.
