how do you fix a boot lock on a 2007 Toyota Avanza

you will have to get that trunk open somehow- maybe through the back seat? This is always a problem- did you try pushing down on the trunk as you turn the key? Has it been hit? It seems unusual that the lock and the release both quit operating at the same time- oh well, it happens- you may have to get a mechanic or a locksmith to deal with this-
