A rat chewed this part of my Dodge Ram Van 1994 B250. The wire on the top left on the
top right of that photo is the air filter. What is the wire? Thank you.

Thank for the help so far. I have added an arrow to where that specific wire in reference to what's around it

Hard to tell from photo but looks like it might be going to the last fuel injector on that side. If mine I would do as Jim stated above and splice the wires back together.
