If you call an auto parts store they can let you know.

I would remove the drain plug and stick my pinky in , if the level was up to the plug I figured that was good .

Yep, no less than a 1/2" down in from the filler hole is good.

That is correct. Should be up to the bottom of the fill hole on front of trans
