My inlaw put the battery in WRONG and tried to start the car and now it does NOTHING!!! Any ideas or suggestions

She connected the negative to the positive and vice versa and then she tried to start the car.  The car has no POWER AT ALL  HELP ME

Most likely blew some main fuses, they are located in the power distribution box under the hood, if you find any blown then replace them with the exact same amperage rating, then hope for the best that it didn't fry something more expensive. Attempt to start it.

It probably blew the alternator too
