MY   BLOWER  ON   MY   HEATER   WORKS,  BUT   NO   HOT   AIR.

You most likely have a failed blend door actuator. Meaning the little flap inside the dash isn't moving allowing hot air to come in. http://www.justanswer.com/dodge/6gpm3-dodge-grand-caravan-le-need-change-blend-door-actuator.html
