Hi johnmike. It's more aggravating than difficult. If you hate working on cars you aren't going to enjoy it. If you have a cooler and a buddy, it might not be too bad. Sometimes there will be a threading diagram in the engine compartment (look in the flat painted area between the radiator and grill on your Caravan) but that won't tell you about all the components involved and how to adjust them for the right tension. Take a ride down to your local library where they will probably have a copy of the Chilton's for you Caravan. You'll get a step-by-step procedure for the cost of a couple 25-cent copies, which should save you a lot of time and aggravation. Good luck!
