how do i find out what the function is to a broken white wire in my 1998 dodge ram conversion van ? shes bucking when i go up any incline

I love my van and i'm desperate to figure out why shes acting up, i thought it was maybe a
fuel filter issue but i'm starting to worry that it could be a transmission problem...anyone
who has any advice or input please let me know and i thank you for taking the time to help
me out  - Melissa

transmission area if lockup converter does not release it is like a stick with the clutch not disengaged , easy fix ,disarm lockup . ask trans shop
