Is there a plug in for the battery on a 1999 Dodge Stratus?

Asked by dkelley Feb 05, 2007 at 12:16 PM about the 1999 Dodge Stratus

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

By plug-in I mean to keep the battery charged and warm in the winter time.  And if so, where is it located?

1 Answer

What you are talking about is a block heater. And no the Stratus did not come with a block heater as standard equipment. You can buy engine blankets that you can put over the engine that plugs into a regular outlet that will keep the engine warm.
