Why won't my truck start

Replaced pcm starter and alternator got fuel and
cranks over but won't start

Im having exact same prob with my 07' dakota. I only get a click if using the ignition inside the cab otherwise I have to bypass by way of the fuel pump relay in order to get it to try and start. Changed PCU, CAM SENSOR ect ... If i squirt starter into throttle then 1 it starts briefly then stalls???
