How do you fic a heater in a 2000 dodge ram van

when you say not heater you mean it is not blowing heat? if it is not blowing heat the number 1 thing to look for is antifreeze level and your running temperature. when you drive your van is the temperature in the optimium range? usually about half way between hot and cold
