2000 DODGE NEON.
JUST REPLACED THE STARTER,,,PUT IT BACK TOGETHER STARTED IT UP AND IT STARTED REVING HIGHER AND HIGHER UNTIL I HAD TO TURN IT OFF. ANY SUGGESTIONS
