Question type: Maintenance & Repair

on my dodge caravan the brake and tail lights on one side (driver)don't work. but the turn signal and backup light does.  the bulbs are good

Each tail light has an individual fuse, usually the power supply goes away, combination switch is the likely suspect. Bad bulb and or socket like the previous gent pointed out. If the filament in the bulb looks good look at the plastic part that plugs into socket little wire gets hot and melts the wire into the plastic.
