2002 dodge neon no start

car wont start, has fuel. has spark. new coil pack and no
codes. battery is new and has good connections. no
corrosion. fuses all good. relays all click as designed. car
cranks but wont start.

Suspect CKP controls signal to computer which fires spark plugs and or injectors pluse most times will NOT create a engine code. Test it ...
