2002 Dodge Grand Caravan FOB issue.

I just bought a 2002 dodge grand caravan, the remote start works but both the
lock AND unlock functions on the FOB lock the vehicle, neither button will
UNLOCK it. Could this be a programming issue? I have 2 of them and they
both do the same thing.

Just noticed that the headlights flash twice when pressing UNLOCK and once when pressing LOCK but both buttons still lock the vehicle. ODD

Go to the engine fuse box and disconnect the IOD fuse, check if good or not, replace if needed, anyway wait 30 second or a minute and then install the fuse back again and try your remote, It should work. Of course try same fuse amps, never grater.
