Why does 03 stratus 2.7 miss fires

Hi, I have a similar problem. The codes are P 0300, 0302, 0304, 0306, 0420 so misfires radom and in the #2, #4, and #6 cylinders. This happens just as I accelerate from a stop. I have to nurse it as it chokes and spurts and I'm smelling more gas. In a few seconds, it will smooth out as I speed up. I can cruise no problems, just starting up or accelerating on the road- seems to me to be flooding a bit, so injection system?
