my 2003 dodge neon 2.0 stalls when my rpm hits 3

but i can drive if it doesn't hit 3 rpm, all my lights are still on, i changed all the
park plugs the cam and crank shaft sensors, i cant put it on the computer
because i cant drive it enough to erase the codes.

A good scan tool can erase the codes so you can start from square one. And you can put on a good scanner at any point in time, now matter what you want to read, if it's current codes pending codes or even live data, a good scanner doesn't care if you have existing codes or not.
