does anyone know why a 2500..6.5 turbo motor.....would have smoke coming from dipstick and intake?

dip stick  having smoke coming out....intake around filter creating smoke....but truck isnt running bad... a bluesish color i believe........

bad cdr valve, or even oil ring in bad on piston i think a little of both
