2003 Dodge Caravan hesitation

When van is cold, it hesistates.  What could be the cause?

,clean your IAC valve with carb cleaner,is located on TB,also run a can of seafome fuel injector cleaner in a full tank of gas,u may also want to clean the EGR same way as the IAC.
