Where are the fuel filters

Most likely in the carburetor where the fuel line screws on. Get a large wrench and a pair of vice grips. Hold the large nut with the wrench and clamp the vice grips onto the smaller nut on the fuel line. Turn the nut with the vice grips while holding the wrench. Once the fuel line is off use the wrench and unscrew the larger nut. Your fuel filter will pop out. It'll look like a little gold stone. HTH. -Jim
